Personal Profile

Dr. Ling-juan Chen is currently an Associate Professor at college of Automobile and Traffic Engineering, Wuhan University of Science andTechnology, Wuhan, China, working in the fields of traffic and transportation planning and management, travel behavior analysis and simulation, traffic flow assignment model, dynamic network reliability and transportation big data analytics. She received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2007 and in 2012, majoring in mathematics and transportation planning and management, respectively. Since then she has worked in Wuhan University of Science andTechnology. During 2013 - 2017, she worked as a post doctor in Institute of Intelligent Transportation Systems, College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University. In the aforementioned areas, she has hosted and participated in several programs funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and Hubei Provincial Department of Education. She has published over 20 journal papers and conference papers.
